Intake + Submission ID
Customer drops off order. The shop takes some info, photos, and service level. Customer receives an immediate, digital receipt. Later, the shop provides the SUBMISSION ID for tracking.
Customer Updates
SlabTracker automatically scans PSA and CGC statuses. Customers track their orders three ways: 1. email link, 2. website portal , 3. automatic push notifications for each step change.
Grade + PSA Cert Imports
Once grading is complete, shops push the certs and grades, giving customers easy and quick access to their card value, pop report, and slab images. Send quick notes when the order arrives at the shop.

What grading companies does SlabTracker integrate with?
SlabTracker integrates with PSA and CGC systems to provide real-time tracking updates throughout the grading process. However, you can take and manage ANY any grading order with any company in our system -- WE HAVE THEM ALL!
I have my grading orders in a spreadsheet, can I import them?
Yes. SlabTracker offers a native “order import” feature. Shops can upload existing orders and start taking new orders immediately into platform, which is designed around online submissions and in‑app order management.
Can customers submit orders online?
Yes. Our SlabSubmit portal (coming fall 2026) allows non-local customers to submit orders online. We're also adding built-in label printing for fast, accurate, and tracked shipping.
How does order management work?
You can maintain all order records from a tablet or iPad. SlabTracker stores images, card details, and service information all in one place—no more paperwork or manual forms to manage.
What does customer communication look like?
SlabTracker uses a customizable email-based platform that aligns with your existing workflow. You can push messages and send notifications automatically though our system.
Can I use SlabTracker at card shows and events?
Absolutely. Since SlabTracker is cloud-based and mobile-friendly, you can use it anywhere to take orders and grow your customer base at shows and events.
Can I embed SlabTracker on my website?
Yes. SlabTracker can be integrated with your website via iFrame embed, helping drive traffic and increase customer satisfaction.
